Refund Policy

At Gixel Labs, every product is carefully manufactured, inspected, and packaged before dispatch. Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.

We follow a replacement-only policy for eligible cases, including:

  • Product received in a damaged condition.
  • Major manufacturing defects affecting functionality.
  • Incorrect product received compared to the order placed.

To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • A complete unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
  • Clear photographs showing the issue.
  • Order number and purchase details.

Replacement requests submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.

Products will not be eligible for replacement in the following situations:

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidental drops.
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish that may occur during the 3D printing process.
  • Requests made after the replacement eligibility period has expired.
  • Change of mind after purchase.

Once a replacement request is reviewed and approved, a replacement product will be dispatched at no additional cost. Gixel Labs reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving any replacement request.

By placing an order with Gixel Labs, customers acknowledge and agree to this replacement and refund policy.
