Many of our products are custom-made, made-to-order, or manufactured based on customer specifications.

Due to the nature of 3D printing and prototyping:

  • Minor layer lines, texture variations, and finish differences may occur.

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to filament batches, lighting, photography, or display settings.

  • Product dimensions may have small manufacturing tolerances.

These variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

3. Orders

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed before production or shipment begins.

We use secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions.

6. Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only.

Delays caused by:

7. Replacement Policy

Replacement requests are governed by our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Customers must:

  • Submit a replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide an unboxing video from start to finish.

  • Provide supporting photos and order details.

Without an unboxing video, replacement requests may not be accepted.

8. No Return & No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Customized products

  • Made-to-order products

  • Prototype development services

  • Customer preference changes

  • Minor finish or color variations

10. Limitation of Liability
